House of Ajebo has announced the 13th edition of its flagship comedy and entertainment show, ‘Ajebo Unleashed’, scheduled for Sunday, June 28, 2026 at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Hosted by comedian and storyteller Emeka Erem, popularly known as Ajebo, this year’s edition is themed ‘Love and Laughs’. The show will explore the joys, heartbreaks, surprises, and hilarious realities that come with searching for love.
Powered by Vitel Wireless and Landmark Corporate Realty Limited, ‘Ajebo Unleashed’ promises an evening of premium entertainment, laughter, and shared experiences that audiences from all walks of life can relate to.
According to Ajebo, the theme was inspired by a simple truth: everyone has a love story. Whether it ends in happiness, heartbreak, disappointment, or triumph, love connects people across cultures, backgrounds, and generations. This year’s edition will dive into the lengths people go to find love, the lessons learned along the way, and those painful experiences that eventually become stories worth laughing about.
“Love is one of the few things every human being can relate to. We’ve all experienced the excitement, confusion, disappointment, hope, and sometimes the madness that comes with it. Many of the things we cry about today eventually become the stories we laugh about tomorrow. That’s the heart of ‘Love and Laughs’,” Ajebo said. He added that the show will be personal. “I’ll be sharing some of my own experiences, observations, and encounters, but in a way that allows people to see themselves through my lens. At the end of the day, love connects us, and laughter heals us.”
With 12 successful editions, ‘Ajebo Unleashed’ has built a reputation for blending comedy with authentic storytelling, creating moments that are entertaining and deeply relatable. This year continues that tradition, offering a space to laugh at awkward moments, celebrate the beautiful ones, and reflect on the universal journey of finding connection.
